I've given myself a break from the sewing machine this week, we've not been getting along so well recently. I'm not sure if I'm a neglectful owner or whether I was just cheap when I bought it. (Probably both). Ruby didn't want to go to preschool yesterday, so instead we had a visit to the library and some sewing fun with mummy.
Meet Moppet the mouse (he's sick in bed, with a few cornflakes to nibble on).
Although I'm not sure how sick as later on I caught him watching TV in a different bed in the dollshouse.
And then there's Paul, his best friend.
squeek, they're lovely, the tv watching is inspired!

Oh, so, cuuute! That reminds me, I wanted to make some of these to go in Christmas stockings. Aren't they just so much fun to make?

Oh my goodness! This is so sweet. It reminds me... when I was little, for a while, I carried around a plastic worm. It was a fishing lure, really. I named it Fred and invented all kinds of adventures. It just takes the smallest thing to inspire a child. Feel better Moppet!

Very cute mouses - mine all seem to get wrecked by kittys who think that anything small and mouse like is for hunting.

These are so cute! What a great idea. I hear ya on the cheap sewing machine issues...I'm dealing with the same thing!
