Minor crisis averted when Batman decided he really needed to be Scooby Doo at the eleventh hour - thanks to a friend with a spare costume at the ready. A Dorothy dress (which, by the way, involved humming Somewhere Over the Rainbow the whole time whilst I made it) and Batman cape are within my capabilities, Scooby Doo's clearly way out of my league.
Happy Halloween!
And ruby slippers and all! My two were Cinderella style princesses - again - but they had gold pointy hats complete with streamers. But then, as you know, it's not a big thing here - yet ;-)

oh we had costume scandal here too, apparently I am a bad mummy for not being able to make the oh so complicated mask that had been designed - in our house Indiana Jones came to the rescue...

I think you could have managed Scooby-Doo, well, with a little warning, anyway. The costumes look great.

I managed to convince my little devil wannabe to be a pretty sorceress and my skeleton wannabe to be a ghost pirate - thank goodness for our dressing up box!!
Your two look so cute - love the Dorothy outfit :-)
