I can feel it. The weather's hotting up, the pool opens tomorrow and school finishes next week. We're planning a bit of camping and a whole lot of relaxing this summer. After dinner tonight we compiled a family wish list for the holidays, here's what we came up with:
- Make lemonade and popsicles to sell in our own stand to passers by
- Learn to play tennis
- Eat s'mores around a campfire
- Go to the beach
- Have 13 picnics
- Swim every day
- Stay up late until midnight
- Go camping
- Learn to read
- Look at the night sky with one of Daddy's telescopes (um, he has 3)
- Have a pedicure
- Eat Boston cream pie in Boston on my birthday
- Play with my invisible pet roadrunner (of course!)
- Canoe
- Take lots of long bike rides
- Pick strawberries
What's on your list?
Pick strawberries is definitely on the top of the list for us, as well as eat s'mores and swim.
Looks like you have the perfect summer planned!

That's a good list. We haven't made ours yet, but I'm sure picnics are going to figure quite highly in the priorities list.

Wow! What a great close-up of the little critter. The details are amazing! God's creation is so beautiful!
On my list:
• Finish 4-H projects today, which are due tomorrow
• Pick more strawberries
• Get my wisdom teeth removed (in less than two weeks!)
• Go to a conference ( http://www.crossroads09.com/ )
• Enjoy the air conditioning (on the hot days) while reading
• Smile (as always . . .)
It looks like you'll have a delightful summer!

Camping out and camp fires with lots of marshmellows, BBQ's and bonfires on the beach and lots and lots of strawberries and Pimms mingled with a lot of leisurely relaxing!
Love your list,

Beautiful picture.
Um, go camping when my parents visit. Get my son swimming. Get over this illness that is dragging on and on. Sort out the garden. Um... I dunno. School's already out, but I haven't planned that far ahead. I'm still trying to sort out today's plans...
