We always used to reckon on first snow by Halloween - now it's more like, will there even be any snow this year or did we use it all up last winter?

Its the first time I've seen snow on Halloween although hubby remembers trick or treating in snow as a child. It didn't last long but the temps have taken a bit of a nose dive. Brrrr.
