We celebrated Thanksgiving this year with friends, family and enjoyed a spectacularly warm and sunny weekend. I'm very grateful for so many things - including guests who were kind enough not to mention the overcooked, dry turkey I served up!

What well behaved guests! We had a friend who used to give marks out of 10 for the meal. Good thing he had other redeeming qualities, eh?
Happy Thanksgiving!

They sound like the best of guests. Fall is just stunning this year and the unseasonal warmth makes it all the better.

Glad you had a good thanksgiving...we didn't have turkey on this side of the pond, but had chicken pot pie as our tribute to the Canadian Thanksgiving :o)...just wish we could have had a bank holiday too :o)

Happy Thanksgiving! I teach elementary school in the U.S., and the kids noticed on the calendar that it was Thanksgiving in Canada. They were thrilled to bits about this and kept saying "Happy Thanksgiving! I'm Canadian" to each other. :)
