I'm keeping up with the running...although it's pretty icy here right now, so I am very grateful for our second hand running machine in the basement. I saw this today on pinterest - so true! Just the bit of motivation I needed to keep going to week 3!
Oh, don't... I twisted my ankle when running yesterday. I'm exceedingly grouchy - uncomfortable from the pain, yes, but I think that it's mainly because all my good intentions about running seem to keep being scuppered.

I'm going to come back and look at that often. It was -3 yesterday when I ran, but I thought of you and refused to wimp out. I have to say the prospect of moving up a week is a daunting one though.
Keep jogging!

Good for you! Although I have to say running on the machine is wimping out a bit - I could probably run on the ice but it's nice to have options!

That's really motivating! I'm feeling sorry for myself as I have hurt a muscle or tendon in my leg and Mr Locket says I won't be able to go out running for a bit :o( I'm hoping it won't be too long as I have just moved up to week 2 - and started a blog about it all too at locketontherun.blogspot. Keep going Lina - I'll be trying to follow on behind you! Lucy xx
